If your device is defective and you require a new device, please follow instructions below:

1. Show us proof (take a video of the defect device)
2. Email contact@laserskin.co explaining about your device defect.
3. We will review your appeal and we will get back to you within 48 hours.
4. Once approved you have to wait at least 2-3 weeks for new device replacement.

Note : This only applies within three months after purchased.

FREE maintenance after one year purchased of the device, but customer are responsible for shipping fee.
